Upon arrival, I found the hotel to be stylish and clean, with some great pieces of furniture in the room. The bed was huge and super comfortable, dressed in fresh, quality linen. However, the noise from generators outside the wall related to the kitchen was quite awful. I did appreciate the White Company products, but the initial chill in the room was a bit off-putting.

The staff was amazing and very accommodating. They were friendly and helpful, really going above and beyond during a busy Bank Holiday. The welcome drink and happy hour were a nice touch.

The hotel's location is perfect for accessing downtown Ilkley easily. Being central, it's convenient for shops, movies, cafes, and restaurants. The lack of air conditioning was offset by the presence of a Dyson fan in the room, making the stay comfortable.
